Welcome to MBM Recruiting. We exist to ensure our clients have the best people to fill their personnel needs and to do everything possible to see to it that the professionals we recruit have a satisfying and rewarding employment experience.
Our initial recruiting focus is on the population of South Central Europe, a region of some 20 million people known for its turbulent history, majestic scenery and rich cultural heritage. Our goal, however, is to win international recognition of the fact that its people are well-educated, hard-working and incredibly adaptable to environments and working conditions that others find daunting.
The education systems from primary school through university of the countries of South Central Europe rival those in Western Europe and North America. Literacy is nearly universal. Anyone graduating from secondary school or university can be expected to be well-prepared to take on any job challenge in their chosen field of endeavor. Knowledge of foreign languages is widespread with English and German being the most common, but with French, Turkish and Slavic languages enjoying extensive use. One needs only to look at the success immigrants from recent regional conflicts have had in their adoptive countries to realize our people are our greatest resource.
Our people have a long tradition of working abroad. During the second half of the 20th Century, nearly every European country enjoyed the advantages of their hard work and professionalism. The Middle East and North Africa also benefitted from the knowledge and expertise of South Central Europe’s engineers, medical professionals and other skilled workers. We are determined to revive and expand upon this history.
Please have a look at our website and give us the opportunity to be your recruiting company.
Warmest Best Wishes,
William (Bill) Stuebner
